The return policy is not applicable to customers who have obtained the software subscription through third-party vendors or resellers.
Timeframe for Returns:
Customers may request a return within 15 days from the date of initial purchase or subscription activation.
After the specified timeframe has elapsed, refund requests may not be accepted.
Return Process:
